- Operate one or more pieces of machinery across multiple departments.
- Perform operations efficiently and safely with minimal supervision.
- Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met.
- Train new operators as needed.
- Shift between departments based on demand fluctuations in critical positions.
- Assist the Line Lead and Group Lead in following the production schedule.
- Provide coverage for Line Leads and Group Leads when necessary.
- Start and stop machines at specified intervals and operate them at standard efficiency.
- Perform setup duties and make minor equipment adjustments in coordination with Maintenance.
- Stop malfunctioning equipment immediately and notify the supervisor or mechanic for repairs.
- Report any deviations from quality, production, or safety standards to the supervisor.
- Monitor raw material usage and report excessive loss.
- Document daily production as required.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and ensure equipment is cleaned regularly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and a high-pressure washer.
- Learn to operate machinery via PLC interface.

- Knowledge of company products and procedures.
- Customer focused with a strong attention to detail.
- Able to work overtime on short notice.
- Able to reach, bend, lift, twist, squat, push and pull.
- Good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
