Read work order to determine type and location of embroidery. Review order for garment style, sizes, and quantities prior to beginning production
Select size and color thread and draw it through machine guides and bobbin. Regulate embroidery machine settings. Observe sewing operation to detect defects in stitching that indicate machine malfunction and notify supervisor. Use embroidery hoops to hold fabric taut. Repair defective embroidery or touch up blanks left by embroidery machine. Fold and trim garments as needed.
