- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and company assets related to pork processing.
- Perform maintenance work involving hydraulics, electrical systems, plumbing, conveyor maintenance, 3-phase wiring, AC/DC control wiring, welding, and pneumatic systems.
- Set up, adjust, and break down production machinery.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance duties to ensure equipment reliability.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and instructions.
- Complete daily reports and necessary paperwork.
- Work in wet and humid environments with temperatures ranging from 35°F to 90°F+.
- Climb ladders, work from elevated platforms, stand and walk on hard floors.
- Work includes Sunday shifts and overtime as scheduled.
