- Supports Lead Spray Technicians and assist them to complete the soft washing and pressure washing work of the company including application, rinse, and neutralization of cleaning solutions.
- Follows safe, responsible soft washing techniques to safely and effectively clean and sanitize the client’s property, without causing negligible damage to plants or property.
- Adheres to safe, responsible, compliant safety procedures while working at heights.
- Ensures that the service truck is fully stocked and equipped to complete the day’s work on daily work tickets.
- Interacts with customers in a professional, courteous, and service-minded manner.
- Responds to questions and requests for information, especially with potential customers.
- Maintains service truck in a clean, neat professional manner, including basic maintenance.
- Maintains and repair SoftWash equipment, ensuring it is ready to work the next day.
