The Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting packages safely and efficiently along assigned routes. This role includes loading parcels, planning routes, using handheld scanners for tracking, and ensuring each delivery is completed with professionalism and care. Delivery Drivers play a key role in maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Load parcels accurately and efficiently into the delivery van.
- Plan and follow assigned delivery routes for timely deliveries.
- Drive safely and responsibly, following all traffic laws and safety guidelines.
- Interact with customers in a courteous, professional manner.
- Ensure proper handling of all packages and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or concerns to the supervisor.
