The Branch Manager has the overall responsibility for ensuring operations in the Distribution Center is being maintained in accordance with company policy and guidelines. In addition, the Branch Manager will be responsible for the entire operations of the warehouse. The duties include overseeing major departments in the warehouse; receiving, shipping, perishables and frozen area, dry goods floor, equipment, inventory control. In addition, may also oversee administrative functions, safety issues, HACCP, in-store audits, physical inventory preparation, as well as participating in external store audits for the company. The Branch Manager provides leadership and guidance to all store employees and department Managers and ensures he/she is communicating all pertinent issues to the Branch Manager. The Branch Manager should also provide continuous feedback to employees to ensure optimum productivity is always at its peak.

Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- College degree
- Can lift 50+ lbs
- Must pass drug screen
- At least 4 years of management experience in distribution or grocery distribution in a supermarket, club warehouse, big box or mass merchandising environment.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of running a high volume warehouse operation.
- Must have excellent communication, organizational and people
