We're looking for a Line Lead who is responsible for:
- Directing a team to run a production line producing the world's best chocolate
- Ensuring productivity standards for volume and quality.
- Leading and motivating line staff to ensure optimal productivity and work quality.
- Assigning daily duties, ensuring policies and procedures are followed; addressing and/or escalating issues in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for the administrative paperwork for your line, including monitoring inventory levels and updating work orders in JD Edwards
