Duties include reading work orders or receiving instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs. Moving freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment using the Forklift or pallet jacks. Addressing and reporting all equipment defects or maintenance needs to maintain safe and efficient use. Following all procedures, policies and know the equipment before using it. Speaking up when observing something that may be unsafe or someone performing unsafe acts.
