Responsibilities will include the design and installation of new automated control systems using PLC’s and HMI’s. Diagnosis and repair of heavy industrial fabrication machinery and normal responsibilities associated with standard industrial electricians.ong-term familiarity with 240v/480v 3-phase electricity, relay logic, CNC/PLC controls, analog/digital feedback systems, motion control, process control, proficiency with electrical schematics and the N.E.C. Strong mechanical skills are also necessary for the successful candidate. The ideal candidate will have experience with programming and troubleshooting PLC ladder logic, troubleshooting and repair of industrial laser cutting systems, automated sheet steel material-handling systems, PLC controlled O.H. conveyor systems, CNC / PLC controlled turret punches and hydraulic press brakes. Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD Electrical a plus.
