idX is hiring Cabinet Makers in different skilled leveled roles; Cabinet Maker III and IV. Please note that hourly wage is determined based on relevant work experience. Starting wage is $14.00/hr with depending on experience level. Duties include trimming component pieces and creating jigs and templates as required for production. Blue print reading, ensuring accuracy against all blueprints and drawings. Spraying of adhesives, applying of laminates or veneers, seaming and edging treatments which can include routing and filing. Quality product inspections, ensuring that all component parts are available and organized for the project. Responsible for assembling fabricated cabinets from pre-cut and kitted wood stock. Obtaining pre-kitted stock and to pre-measure components to ensure part cut accuracy. Use woodworking machines to create finished edges, boring or routing holes for the insertion of screws and other fasteners during assembly. Performing finish sanding, installing drawers, hardware, (hinges, pulls, glass, locks, catches, etc.) and moving finish cabinet parts on a cart. Operating all power and pneumatic power tools as well as hand tools. Glues, fits, screws (and infrequently nails), and clamps components during the assembly process. Assuring that parts of subassemblies and finished product are labeled correctly. Packages finished product in accordance to specifications or accepted practice. As a Cabinet Maker IV, responsibilities are the same as above including additional skilled duties such as assisting in developing timely solutions to problems. Competently operating and training crew members on the operation of assembly equipment. Monitoring estimate to actual labor usage. Ability to skillfully use all hand tools for assembly of work. Inlaying-specifically for metal fit, showcase/display work which is integrated with glass, fabric wrapping, electrical (LED) etc.

Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma
- Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
- Experience with reading blue prints
- Ability to operate powered drill and use hand tools such as tape measure, hammer, mallet, scraper, utility knife, etc.
- Able to adhere and meet budgeted labor hours assigned to work orders
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with wood assembly (furniture and/or cabinetry preferred)
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Must pass pre-employment physical
- May be asked to work extended hours
- Basic math skills
