Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Can lift 50+ lbs
• Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded)

• Completion of a 4-year Millwright apprenticeship program or 6 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial facility.
• Journeyman Millwright certification with at least 2 years of experience in a heavy industrial environment preferred.
• Training in bearing maintenance, lubrication, or assembly preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and digital documentation processes preferred.
• Proficient in reading mechanical blueprints and hydraulic schematics.
• Experience operating mobile cranes, forklifts, man lifts, and scissor lifts.
• Ability to use pipe fitting tools, threaders, and assemble hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient in welding and cutting techniques, including O2 pin lance use.
• Knowledge of rigging, slings, crane cable changes, and alignment best practices.
• Skilled in using predictive maintenance tools such as vibration analysis, thermography, and laser alignment (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated reliability, safety awareness, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Valid driver’s license required.
