Spray and coat medical implant devices in preparation for sintering heat treatment, using established procedures, to meet engineering and customer specifications. Hand-coat parts using the spatulation method as required. Inspect coated parts for acceptability with customer requirements. Perform required maintenance checks of equipment before beginning any manufacturing operation. If problems are found notify your Team Leader. Prior to use, ensure measuring equipment has been calibrated, is not beyond calibration date, and is in good working condition. Follow established protocol to maintain ID & traceability of product and documentation
