• Inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment, and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards. The chief goal is to protect the employees, customers, and the environment.
• Responsible for developing, planning, coordinating, and directing environmental and health/safety activities to ensure employee engagement, regulatory compliance, and implement the EHS management system to protect human health and the environment.
• Manage all environmental reporting including ESG/CSR/EcoVadis data and reports.
• Lead corporate recycling program and EPA compliance program.
• Conduct plant inspections and safety gembas to correct issues and provide preventative strategies.
• Lead safety team and company training.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and provide all safety reporting.
• Travel to and support all Nosco locations.(Bristol, PA, Bridgeview, IL, Gurnee, IL, Carrollton, TX, Lockport, NY)
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
