Starting hourly wage is $13.60/hour but can increase up to $25.00/hour after training and based off of performance and incentive pay. Operate an electric pallet jack and pick cases of product to prepare for shipping and ensure customer satisfaction by selecting accurately. Select product in full case quantities for store deliveries. Properly stack product on pallets to prepare for shipping. Hand wrap and secure pallets safely and efficiently. Properly label pallets with correct store labels. Use Vo-Collect selection equipment to guide selector to pick correct product and quantities. Listen to computer-simulated voice and respond to headset to verify product location. High attention to detail to fulfill orders accurately. Maintain engineered standards set by company. Operate electric pallet jack. Work in other departments as required by business needs
