18 hours of built in OT monthly. Role pays $27.00 to $40.00 an hour. Rousselot's Maintenance department is a key part of our 2020 Strategic Plan. We have identified the need for an additional Night Shift Mechanic to strengthen our Maintenance Team and capabilities.
These individuals will be responsible for learning the Plant's equipment and Preventative Maintenance Program as well as becoming experts on troubleshooting and fixing equipment / machinery to reduce production downtime.
We have a very talented team of Mechanics and Electricians with great experience in the industry. This would be a good opportunity for someone that is looking to learn from Master Mechanics and Electricians but we also have an urgent need for candidates that come with that experience already and can hit the ground running.
