Starting hourly pay is between $20.00 and $22.00/hour depending on experience. crewmembers build custom crates and cases using a variety of materials. They assemble the cases and crates, use power tools to cut trim materials, install hardware and foam. We are looking for experienced workers who can read and build from blueprints.
Must maintain a safe work environment and housekeeping standards, must be able to use and maintain power tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Must check work throughout builds to ensure quality conformance according to the blueprints.

Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma
- Can lift 75+ lbs
- Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
- Wood working experience
- Ability to build from blueprints and with accuracy.
- Experience working with power tools (saws, drills, etc.) in a safe manner.
