- Perform process CP, CCP, QP, and CQP checks to ensure food safety, quality, and customer requirements are met.
- Follow reaction plans for deviations in food safety, food quality, and customer standards.
- Identify and understand customer requirements to assist in proper production operations.
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and housekeeping standards.
- Follow safety guidelines, wear designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and comply with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform manual labor tasks, including inspection, rework, sorting, peeling, and product opening.
- Operate equipment such as manual or electric pallet jacks, blenders, palletizing, and casing machines.
- Utilize Process Excellence tools to improve plant performance and complete projects as directed.
- Maintain accurate records on production reports and properly identify products.
- Maintain regular and on-time attendance; work weekends, off-shifts, and overtime as required.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team advisors, operators, and production workers.
- Complete assigned tasks and meet performance expectations.

Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Can lift 50+ lbs
- Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded)
- Basic math, counting, calculator, and computer skills.
- Ability to operate a forklift (training provided if required).
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to adapt to changing tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items frequently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and twist for extended periods.
- Ability to reach shoulder height and above repetitively.
- Ability to climb steps/ladders and work at heights occasionally.
- Willingness to work in cold, hot, or wet environments for up to 12 hours per day.
- Training typically completed within six weeks.
