Pay range of $28–$35/hour plus a 12% shift differential.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial production equipment to support maximum uptime and operational efficiency. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role supports production goals by performing preventive maintenance, handling breakdown repairs, and ensuring equipment safety and reliability.
- Follow all safety rules, procedures, and guidelines throughout daily work.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns and costly repairs.
- Respond to operator calls and provide clear communication on equipment status.
- Manage parts inventory and make purchasing decisions as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts, repairs, and equipment services.
- Overhaul or upgrade machinery and components to meet production standards.
- Maintain facility equipment and support general upkeep to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma
- Can lift 20+ lbs
- Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
- Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of electrical systems.
- Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with industrial tools, tooling, and woodworking equipment.
- Good communication skills, a team-oriented attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
