International Paper, the nation’s premier producer of corrugated containers is currently accepting applications for hourly production positions at its Milltown, NJ plant located at 101 Ford Ave, Milltown, NJ We are currently seeking candidates for full time Manufacturing/Production positions for 2nd and 3rd Shifts. We are now offering a SIGN ON BONUS of $1,000 ($500 after 30 days of successful employment & $500 after 6 months of continuous successful employment). We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity. Specific responsibilities include inspecting, counting and stacking product, reading factory orders, basic data-entry skills on a computer, accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other test equipment, utilizing basic shop math, running machines, accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions. This plant is UNION REPRESENTED and after passing a 60 day probationary period, members would be eligible to bid for other open positions up to $23.67/hr plus shift differential.
