Responsibilities include: • Performing work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company guidelines and standards; • Heavy physical labor, including but not limited to tearing off quality paper off rolls/spools, manually handling off quality paper and routinely lifting and/or handling product weighing 50lbs or more; • Gathering samples of in-process product; • Operating a hoist to transport spools of paper and empty metal spools; • Housekeeping on and around paper machines, as well as any other duties assigned; • Possessing solid initiative, with the ability to be self-directed and have the capability to perform as a solid team player
