The Floor Operator is responsible for the correct inspection and packaging of our molded parts.
• Operating molding machines
• Handling material
• Troubleshooting of machines
• Ensuring proper maintenance of machines
• Cleaning of equipment and tools
• Checking the material level
• Performing quality inspection
• Production reporting
• Following International Automotive Task Force quality standards – IATF 16949
• Team Work – training other employees and assisting other with more difficult tasks
• Escalation of issues to manager or quality department
• Following Internal Quality Issues procedure – IQI
• Ensuring First in – First out
• Ensuring safety rules and policies are followed
• Housekeeping – 5S-Standard
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications
16+ years old
Can lift 20+ lbs
Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded)
Education requirements
Work experience in a high volume manufacturing environment 1-2 years preferred
Skills requirements

Physical requirements
• Lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs.
• Pushing and pulling up to 25 lbs. using material handling equipment
• Constant walking, standing, handling, using fingers, reaching outward, bending,
crawling and kneeling
• Occasional reaching above shoulders and climbing
