As a Building Maintenance Technician, you'll handle routine repairs and general maintenance across various trades, including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and painting, ensuring facilities and equipment are well-maintained and safe.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and address maintenance incidents promptly
Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and painting
Dispose of waste and scrap materials properly
Order parts, supplies, and manage inventory from catalogs or storerooms
Record maintenance and repair activities accurately
Collaborate with the maintenance team when needed
Adhere to 5S standards by keeping a clean, organized workspace
Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by management
