Starting Wage Will Depend Upon Experience Level $21.41 - $30.65
- Perform welding, cutting, and minor electrical repairs.
- Replace or repair motors, motor shafts, couplings, pumps, augers, water and steam pipes, and related systems.
- Use basic hand tools and electrical/pneumatic power tools and equipment.
- Monitor boiler operations and perform chemical testing as needed.
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals, drawings, and schematics.
- Operate gas or hydraulic-powered lifts and other equipment (certification required).
- Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Supervisor and team.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Work in varying environments, including hot, cold, wet, or odorous conditions.

Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Can lift 50+ lbs
- Must pass drug screen
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of welding, hydraulics, electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing.
- Ability to read and understand assignments and maintenance manuals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to hear and respond to two-way radio communication.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders up to 60 feet, and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions and challenging environments.
- Willing to pursue continued education and training through company programs or vendor training.
- Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
