-Will include communicating mechanical or electrical issues related to steam generation, compressed air and other utilities that are required by the Plant to operate effectively.
-Oversee the daily operation of the wastewater treatment system.
-Keep systems in proper condition to maximize system performance.
-Identify safety related issues.
-Identify training opportunities on the shift to improve maintenance support of the plant.
-Abde by all company policies: GMP's attendance, safety, etc.
-Fill out the daily shift change log; pass information to incoming shift.
-Understand and abide by the agreement between GSF and labor contract.
-Ability to work without supervision, able to determine root cause and implement corrective action.
-Train lower-level mechanics and interface with department heads.
-Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- 18+ years old

- Must have experience with working with HVAC, Boilers, Compressors, and Waste Wate Systems.
- Experience working with repairing or troubleshooting food processing equipment such as fillers, case packagers, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, PLC Controller and drive systems.
- Must possess previous experience and/or technical training in one or all of the following areas:
- > PLC, electrical controls and motor circuits.
- > Mechanical and machinist.
- > Hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- > Refrigeration.
- > Cutting torches, TIG and stick welding.
$4000 new hire bonus
This bonus is up to $4000 based on time worked. Th bonus will pay out at 4 installments during the first year as follow: Upon Hire, 90 workdays, 180 workdays, and 365 workdays.
