- Repair and maintain equipment, including straightening frames, inspecting and replacing wheels, and performing MIG welding (training provided).
- Move and turn carts of varying weights as needed.
- Supervise technicians and projects at each job site, ensuring service tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Travel three weeks per month in a company vehicle, with no weekend work required.

Qualifications
- 21+ years old
- High school diploma
- Can lift 40+ lbs
- Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded)
- Basic mechanical skills and an interest in hands-on work with tools.
- Previous experience in mechanics, repairs, and/or welding preferred but not required.
- At least 3 years of employment with a single employer in previous work history.
- 1-3 years of prior supervisory experience required.
- Ability to speak and read basic English and follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently or closely with another person.
- Physical stamina, including lifting up to 40 lbs., handling tools, crouching, and bending.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and travel to different cities.
- Valid standard driver's license required.
