- Assist in operating machinery and hand tools according to established standard operating procedures.
- Record production data using scanners, computers, or handwritten forms.
- Inspect finished parts for defects, perform basic repairs, and report non-conforming items.
- Assemble furniture using hand tools, adhesives, jigs, fabrics, and other materials.
- Prioritize safety at all times for yourself and your team.
- Support fast-paced, precision production tasks in a team-focused environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Can lift 50+ lbs
- Must pass drug screen
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to learn and use basic computer and scanning systems.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, and reaching overhead.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry items up to 100 lbs and occasionally handle loads up to 250 lbs (e.g., lifting and moving furniture).
- Comfortable working at heights using equipment such as a cherry picker.
- Reliable and self-motivated, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Enjoy working with your hands in a physically active, production-driven environment.
