Job Summary

Pay starts at $22 per hour with an additional 10% shift differential. - Start, operate, monitor, and shut down equipment according to specifications. - Ensure daily operational goals are met while following health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations. - Complete tasks using workplace organization and efficiency methods such as TPM and 6S. - Follow Bills of Process (BOP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Critical to Quality (CTQ) standards. - Perform quality checks and complete required documentation accurately and on schedule. - Diagnose process and equipment issues, perform minor repairs, and assist Maintenance as needed. - Complete Production Operator reports and work orders with attention to detail. - Work in a way that supports the team and aligns with company values. - Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Must pass drug screen
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Extrusion knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how processing equipment functions.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite for basic data entry and reporting.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced 24/7 operation.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules based on business needs.
