Job Summary

Competitive pay starting at $21.50/hour (or $23.65/hour for night shift with a 10% differential), The Production Clerks role supports production operations by managing critical data, reconciling inventory records, tracking production output, and generating accurate documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and have strong analytical and clerical skills. - Track and analyze production metrics such as quantities produced, scrap rates, materials used, and production output. - Reconcile production and inventory records within the accounting or ERP system to ensure data accuracy. - Monitor production line progress and update schedules to ensure workflow efficiency. - Identify and investigate data discrepancies and communicate findings to the Production Supervisor. - Perform accurate data entry for end-tags, quality checks, and production labels. - Maintain real-time updates of production activity to support operations. - Collaborate with production, accounting, and quality teams to support performance targets. - Conduct quality assurance data entry (e.g., Windows data and accuracy checks). - Assist with other administrative or clerical tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 18+ years old
  • Can lift 15+ lbs
  • Must pass drug screen
  • 2+ years of experience in a clerical, data entry, or bookkeeping role; experience in a manufacturing or extrusion environment preferred.
  • Experience working with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, JDE).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis required.
  • Strong math and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and production reporting processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds without restrictions.
  • Must be able to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, including day or night shifts as needed.
