Grinder or Blending Machine Operator

Grinder Operator: $21.50 Blending Operator: $21.50 Plus 10% shift differential for working nights!! - Remove scrap material from production lines and process it through grinding equipment for reuse. - Fill hoppers with sorted material and ensure regrind/blending lines are consistently supplied. - Change dust collection bags in extrusion area as needed. - Separate scrap and regrind by color and properly tag materials. - Provide production support by staging bins, skids, and regrind material. - Operate forklifts safely and complete daily maintenance checks before each shift. - Report any grinding equipment issues to Maintenance or Supervisor. - Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures. - Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision or management.

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma
• Can lift 30+ lbs
• Must pass drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Physical ability to push, pull, lift, or handle items ranging from light to heavy weight.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform tasks involving kneeling, bending, lifting overhead, climbing, and crawling.
• Willingness to work in hot manufacturing environments depending on weather conditions.
