Job Summary

- Accurately selecting products by matching slot numbers and product descriptions using a voice-activated warehouse management system. - Meeting and maintaining established productivity standards. - Constructing sturdy, balanced pallet loads from various sizes and weights of cases for damage-free shipping. - Shrinking-wrap and staging completed pallets of selected product in proper shipping lanes for loading. - Communicating with supervisors regarding safety, equipment, damaged goods, and any problems or issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  • 18+ years old
  • Can lift 75+ lbs
  • Must join the union at 12 weeks and 2001 hours of work. $175 initiation fee. Weekly deduction of $25 until
  • reach $175. Union dues 2 ½ times hours rate plus $5.
  • New hires must have safety toed boots. We reimburse up to $150 w/ receipt after they join the Union not 90 days
