Job Summary

- Handle packaging, weighing, loading/unloading materials, setting up machines, and ensuring safe, quality production. - Moves and stages materials for production, packaging, or shipping. - Supports machines, empties scrap, and clears lines. - Packages products, tracks orders, and follows material instructions for proper packaging. - May assist with test lines, finishing, and valve setup. - Ensures efficient and safe production, with housekeeping duties as needed. - Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 18+ years old
  • High school diploma
  • Can lift 50+ lbs
  • Must pass drug screen
  • No prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is required, but it's a plus.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Industry-recognized credentials in manufacturing, construction, or engineering are beneficial.
  • Candidates should have good hand-eye coordination, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to read a tape measure.
  • Mechanical aptitude and forklift certification are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Must follow safety policies, handle small parts, recognize quality issues, and comprehend instructions in English.
  • OSHA safety training will be required.
