Forklift Operator

Salary is up to $24/hr. The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating stand-up forklifts to handle, move, and stage materials within a warehouse environment. This role supports the accurate receiving, storage, picking, and loading of products to meet shipping and inventory requirements while ensuring workplace safety and efficiency. - Operate stand-up forklifts to receive, unload, and move inbound shipments. - Sort, stage, and place products in designated storage areas. - Accurately pick products and stage orders for outbound shipments. - Stack, shrink wrap, label, and prepare pallets for delivery. - Load outbound containers and shipments to meet customer specifications. - Verify product type, lot numbers, and quantities to ensure order accuracy. - Report product damages or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately. - Perform light assembly work and palletizing as required. - Use RF equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders. - Support warehouse cleanliness and participate in all daily safety practices.

• High school diploma
• Can lift 70+ lbs
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a warehouse environment.
• Certified and experienced with stand-up forklifts; slip sheet operator certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform frequent walking, bending, and lifting.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using RF equipment and warehouse software applications.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing priorities.
• Committed to working safely and following all company safety procedures.
