• Perform line set up, start up, operations, closing and changeover of equipment. • Operate various machineries in the areas of set-up, troubleshooting and break down during operation. • Ensure product quality is met throughout process. • Performs checks and inspections to verify quality. • Regularly make adjustments necessary to maximize production machine efficiency. • Communicate all improvements to department lead and key departments • Performs machine setups in accordance with applicable procedures and setup sheets. • Accurately completes and maintains all production records. • Adequate housekeeping at all times during shift. • Review and ensure appropriate adherence with quality, safety policies and procedures. • Perform other duties as directed by the lead/supervisor.
Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma
- Can lift 30+ lbs
- Must pass drug screen
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-year manufacturing operator experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, utilizing basic math skills and auditing paperwork.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time; to work in confined areas, to lift up to 50 lbs. or more.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends
- Flexibility in schedule and can work different hours.
