Job Summary

- Implementing planograms, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, and audits. - Cleaning and stocking shelves, retagging, and rotating products as needed. - Ensuring merchandise displays align with planograms and store appearance standards. - Reporting daily work hours via an online portal. - Photographing and documenting completed assignments for submission to the District Manager. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail store associates and management. - Adapting to a flexible work schedule, including occasional evening or weekend work.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 2 years in retail, including merchandising, installation, and leadership.
  • Requirements
  • Skills: Strong communication, knowledge of plan-o-grams, blueprints, and fixture assembly, including seismic anchoring.
  • Certifications: Completion of internal training; may need machinery certifications (e.g., forklifts).
  • Requirements: Reliable transportation, tools, mobile device, and software proficiency (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • Travel: 50%+ travel, with potential nights and weekends.
  • Physical Demands: Frequent lifting (50+ lbs), repetitive motions, and work at heights, including ladder use.
  • Work Environment: Independent and team-oriented tasks, with possible overnight stays.
