Job Summary

• Daily performance of laboratory tests on cheese and ingredients. • Equipment used includes microwave ovens, pH meter, analytical and technical balances, magnetized hot salts, calculator, CRT terminal, and various types of glassware and utensils. • Maintaining work area in an approved housekeeping/sanitary condition. • Will be involved in using TPM and QIP. • Expectation that approximately 70% of work time will be spent on the production floor.

Qualifications

  • 18+ years old
  • High school diploma
  • Can lift 50+ lbs
  • Must pass drug screen
