* Take birds from hanging belts and hang them by both legs into shackles. ** The live hanger removes a bird from the hanging belt by grasping a chicken first by one leg and then by the other. ** Once positioned, the breast side away from the hanger, they will hang the bird by both legs into a picking shackle. * The rate of production for this position will vary, with the highest production rate expected being 28 per minute. * Throw DOAs onto the floor behind the workstation.
