Job Summary

- Safely operating machinery - The ability to practice housekeeping - Reading factory orders - Utilizing basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other testing equipment - Consistent quality and count inspection of a product - Accurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followed - Candidates must have the ability to work both the afternoon and midnight shifts, and work overtime as needed **New hires will start at $20.26/hr during the probationary period then increase based on the position assigned. **Successful operators’ compensation will increase with our top machine operators earning $22+/hr.

Qualifications

  • 18+ years old
  • Can lift 50+ lbs
  • Must pass drug screen
  • High school diploma or state registered GED preferred
  • Ability to communicate and work well with others
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Stable work history
  • Ability to work overtime/weekends
  • Fundamental computer skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work 2nd and 3rd shifts
  • Successful candidates will complete an application, pass a pre-employment test, interview, drug screen and background check.
