Job Summary

Pay range: $19–$21 per hour, based on experience. The Production Associate supports daily operations in a concrete precast manufacturing facility by operating heavy machinery, following production blueprints, and reinforcing structures. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role ideal for individuals with experience in construction or manufacturing who enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout the shift. - Assist with the production of precast concrete structures. - Operate overhead cranes and heavy machinery such as forklifts, bobcats, and front-end loaders. - Read and interpret production blueprints to assemble concrete components accurately. - Tie in rebar and reinforce concrete forms as part of the manufacturing process. - Maintain production efficiency and meet daily quotas. - Keep work areas clean and organized in line with housekeeping standards. - Support team members in general labor tasks as needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications

  • 18+ years old
  • Can lift 50+ lbs
  • Must pass drug screen
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Ability to bend, lift, move, and remain physically active for 10-hour shifts.
  • Willingness to work in a dirty, labor-intensive environment.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
  • Reliable transportation is required to meet daily work expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn production processes and equipment operation.
