Shipping Clerk

Salary: $15 ADMIN CLERICAL POSITION This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to support warehouse operations and customer service standards. - Check drivers in and out with timely and professional communication. - Plan picks and outbound loads using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). - Process orders and outbound paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. - Ensure product is audited before loading and placed on the correct outbound load. - Confirm outbound shipments meet cube and weight optimization standards. - Compile outbound manifests and scan documents into the WMS. - Monitor and resolve shipping concerns with branches and escalate issues as needed. - Communicate low stock, out-of-stock, or inventory concerns to store teams and Inventory Controller. - Support a clean and organized distribution center environment. - Assist the Receiving Clerk with scheduling and monitoring deliveries. - Coordinate returns, rejections, and credits by phone, in person, or via email. - Accurately input high volumes of shipping and receiving data into the system. - Verify merchandise quantities against purchase orders and specifications. - Record and report shortages or discrepancies promptly. - Deliver friendly and professional customer service at all times. - Perform additional tasks, responsibilities, and projects as assigned.

• Can lift 25+ lbs
• Must be proficient in EXCEL
