Machine Operator - Washline

2nd shift pays $20.25 per hour. 3rd shift pays $20.50 per hour. Responsible for operating production equipment on mostly automated processing lines. The candidate will make necessary adjustments or minor repairs to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production. At times, will drive a forklift, unload trailers, clean up the raw material space, and run key processing equipment. - Understands, follows, and enforces all established policies, procedures, and recognized practices. - Monitor fully automated processing lines. - Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and other related activities. - Make frequent quality checks on products being produced by established quality standards. - Assist with some mechanical repairs. _ Maintain work area to acceptable safety and housekeeping standards. _ Complete and file all required documentation in an orderly and timely manner - Communicate with all members of Production, shipping, and management. - Notify the shift leader or management of any equipment-related issues. - Communicate processing information to designated personnel on the incoming shift. - Assist in the training of new Operators.

• 18+ years old
• Can lift 30+ lbs
• Must pass drug screen
• Has worked in a manufacturing facility for at least 1-2 years
• Be familiar with rulers, scales, gauges, and other measurement tools.
• Able to stand, bend, squat, lift 30 pounds.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Dependable attendance, able to work holidays.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
