Job Summary

- A Production Team Member will be trained to help the efficiency of concrete pre cast production. - Reading production blue prints and build pre cast structures based on those prints. - Complete the daily production schedule by working with the rest of the production team and keeping housekeeping to a high standard. - Using tools as simple as a hammer and tape measure, A Production Team Member will put steel panels together to build forms for concrete to be poured in at the end of the day. - Cranes are used the following day to remove the structures. This position requires a lot of physical movement, getting in/out of forms, and are consistently on your feet. -Opportunities for advancement exist for proven employees to more advanced positions. This position has a 6 AM start time that begins with a crew meeting. We work 8-10 hour days Monday-Friday with overtime available in the busy season at time-and-a-half. - This is a construction based position that is completed in a manufacturing Plant. This is NOT a climate controlled warehouse job; picking/packing etc. ** Pay is $19-$21/hr

Qualifications

  • 18+ years old
  • Can lift 50+ lbs
  • Must pass drug screen
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry
  • This position requires A LOT of bending over, tying in rebar for the reinforcement of structures, and overall mobility.
  • It is a fast paced work environment that can be physically demanding.
  • Those who are not willing to get dirty and stay active for upwards to 10 hours a day need not apply.
  • Reliable Transportation is required. The attendance policy is forgiving but you are expected to be at work everyday unless scheduled off in advance.
