Salary: $25.02 The Fifth Hand supports paper machine operations by assisting with material handling, product sampling, and maintaining cleanliness and safety around production equipment. This physically demanding role involves heavy lifting, operating hoists, and following safety procedures while working as part of a fast-paced manufacturing team. - Perform physical labor tasks including tearing off and manually handling off-quality paper rolls and spools. - Routinely lift, carry, or handle product weighing 50 lbs or more. - Gather samples of in-process paper products for quality inspection. - Operate a hoist to move heavy spools of paper and empty metal spools. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment by performing routine housekeeping around paper machines. - Work efficiently and safely in accordance with company policies and operational standards. - Follow all safety procedures and report any potential hazards. - Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors. - Display strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and as a reliable team member.

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma
• Can lift 60+ lbs
• Must pass drug screen
• Previous experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Must pass a mechanical aptitude test.
• Must demonstrate a satisfactory mechanical aptitude score.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
