Operator Assistant

We are interviewing for Day & Night shift openings at this time. Machine operating experience in an industrial environment is a plus. Packages Work in Process (WIP) and finished product on production lines according to work instructions and/or customer specifications. Reworks nonconforming product. Bonuses: Quarterly Perfect attendance $1000.00 employee Referral bonus $100.00 Sign-on bonus Overtime incentive bonus Safety-prescription eye-glasses allowance Major responsibilities: * Machine operating experience in an industrial environment is a plus. * Inspection and Machine operation experience is a plus * Packages WIP and finished product from RTF and/or Printing lines Runs the scoring machine * Runs the scoring machine * Reports any non-conformances noted during packing to the operator * Reworks nonconforming product in accordance with documented work instructions * Responsible for food safety * Works 12 hour shifts standing on concrete * Must be able to work every other weekend; rotational schedule (2-2-3) * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis * Go up steps periodically throughout the day * Work in a non-temperature controlled environment * Performs other designated duties as assigned * Conducts duties according to plant safety policies and procedures

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma
• Can lift 50+ lbs
• Must pass drug screen
• Successful completion of all training modules for Operator Assistant position.
• Additional training requirements are identified and arrangements for the training
• made when needed.
