Job Summary

- Maintain and troubleshoot machinery and equipment in a modern cheese and dairy production facility. - Ensure all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and comply with safety and quality standards. - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and machinery. - Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues promptly. - Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. - Assist in implementing preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime. - Collaborate with production teams to optimize operational efficiency. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Qualifications

  • 18+ years old
  • High school diploma
  • Can lift 55+ lbs
  • Must pass drug screen
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar maintenance role, preferably within a food production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Relevant experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment such as HTST Pasteurizers, vacuum fillers, supervac sealing machines, conveyors, pumps/motors, and label machines.
