Job Summary

Starting pay: $23.50/hour for 2nd shift and $24.00/hour for 3rd shift. The Production Associate is responsible for supporting extrusion line operations by performing changeovers, packing products, and conducting quality checks to meet production standards. This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment focused on safety, consistency, and efficiency. - Follow all safety procedures and use required protective equipment at all times. - Operate machinery according to standard work instructions for packaging and quality inspection. - Perform product changeovers and ensure packaging meets quality profiles. - Conduct visual and manual quality checks on finished parts. - Keep work area organized, clean, and free of hazards. - Collaborate with team members and take direction from the Team Leader. - Flexibly assist in other areas or departments as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

  • 18+ years old
  • Can lift 20+ lbs
  • Must pass drug screen
  • Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift schedules.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
  • Reliability and a positive attitude toward learning and job flexibility.
