Maintenance Technician

- Ensures production equipment operates efficiently by performing equipment maintenance on all production, facility and utility equipment. - Seeking a self-motivated, experienced and dedicated individual. - Must comply with all safety rules and procedures. - Maintain and complete all required records. Individual must be available to work overtime as needed. - Perform other duties as required, or assigned by Supervisor. - Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical problems on industrial equipment (including extruders). - Perform routine preventative maintenance. - Mechanical tasks: troubleshoot and repair gear boxes. Troubleshoot and replace bearings, chains, belts, and pulleys. Preferred by not required--MIG weld, stick weld, drill and tap threaded holes. Read mechanical prints. - Electrical tasks: troubleshoot and replace AC and DC drives, temperature controls, start/stop electrical controls, troubleshoot PLCs, replace and wire 3-phase motors, troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits. Read electrical, building, machine and flow diagram prints.

• 22+ years old
• High school diploma
• Can lift 50+ lbs
• Must pass drug screen
• Experience in industrial maintenance role preferred.
• Basic plumbing skills.
• Knowledge of fittings and thread types.
