Shopping Cart Maintenance & Repair Foreman

- Repair and maintain equipment, including straightening frames, inspecting and replacing wheels, and performing MIG welding (training provided). - Move and turn carts of varying weights as needed. - Supervise technicians and projects at each job site, ensuring service tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. - Travel three weeks per month in a company vehicle, with no weekend work required.

• 21+ years old
• High school diploma
• Can lift 40+ lbs
• Must pass drug screen
• Basic mechanical skills and an interest in hands-on work with tools.
• Previous experience in mechanics, repairs, and/or welding preferred but not required.
• At least 3 years of employment with a single employer in previous work history.
• 1-3 years of prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to speak and read basic English and follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently or closely with another person.
• Physical stamina, including lifting up to 40 lbs., handling tools, crouching, and bending.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and travel to different cities.
• Valid standard driver's license required.
