Job Summary

* Perform maintenance and repair of key production equipment, support utilities, and facility infrastructure * Install machinery * Maintain systems such as steam, chiller, hydraulic, compressed air * Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting * Perform pipe installations for various systems including steam, hot water, heating, cooling, and industrial production systems * Conduct preventative maintenance * Manage parts procurement * Collaborate with service contractors as needed * Complete dry can changes, general building repairs, and daily work logs * Operate with strong computer skills to support operational efficiency and safety. * Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical equipment. * Disassemble, adjust, repair, and reassemble machine components such as hydraulics, clutches, and brakes. * Design, fabricate, and modify parts using tools such as welding and milling equipment. * Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) and maintain proper maintenance records. * Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for reorder requests. * Conduct inspections of equipment and proactively identify and address defects. * Participate in audits and maintain workplace efficiency standards like 5S. * Operate forklifts and work at various heights using ladders or scissor lifts. * Rotate pager coverage for emergency repairs as required.

Qualifications

  • 18+ years old
  • High school diploma
  • Can lift 50+ lbs
  • Must pass drug screen
  • Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Perform physical aspects of the job - climb ladders up to 8ft and lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to perform complex repair and maintenance on heavy machinery
  • Basic electrical work
