Heavy Industrial Warehouse Associate

Pay for this position is incentive based. Benefits include health, vision, dental and an onsite wellness center. High earning potential for an experienced operator who can meet the physical demands of the job. These are easily $20+ per hour positions if you are able to learn to operate the machine and work within the cycle times of the machine. Candidates need to be able to lift large parts onto a machine and once the operation is finished, remove those parts and stack onto pallets. This position is physically strenuous. They will be doing this on 4 different cutting zones (4 parts at a time) on 2 different tables of the machine. In order to earn a desirable incentive rate, they must remove the finished parts and replace with unfinished parts before the routing cycle has completed for the opposite table.
